Paya is a team effort. As the client begin your session with a prayer ask ....... to come in and work through the practitioners hands to open all blocked areas in your body. Breathe with the movements of the practitioners hands notice the waves of the body sensations you are feeling with out reaction, surrender to them. Retrieve your wandering mind when you catch yourself planning or problem solving, whereas turn yourself loose to journey freely in the dreamy, restful states that spontaneously arise as you relax more deeply. Give thanks for the opportunity to release stress long buried in your body.
Confidentiality is guaranteed, what occurs in the Paya setting remains private and protected. First and foremost, the issue of confidentiality concerns the client's rights to privacy and safety. These rights belong equally to every client regardless of age or status rest assured both verbal and written interactions you may have with your practitioner are confident.
Discomfort may arise from congestion of a specific area, causes include: over or under worked structures, injury, emotional, inflammation or physical stress. When this is the case the practitioner is trained to suggest ways of improving habits.

Chronic pain whether physical, mental or spiritual negatively impacts all aspects of an individuals life. Including emotional, vocational, financial and social. Everyone connected to an individual suffering is dramatically affected by the energy. Many who live in chronic pain feel isolated because they can no longer work or due normal activities, thus further isolating themselves from friends and family.
This is what is accruing in our bodies when we are sedentary. Paya opens area's that may be stuck as well as moves out toxins allowing us to feel our best.
